Moodle Login

If you are unable to log in to Moodle, please follow these steps:

1. Check your credentials

You need your DTMD student email address (format: firstname.lastname@stud.dtmd.eu) and the Moodle password. The Moodle password was sent to your DTMD student email account.
Be aware to not copy paste empty spaces into the password space.

2. If you forgot your Moodle password

Please contact DTMD Support via your DTMD email address to request a new Moodle password. For now, do NOT click, “forgot password”.

3. Check your DTMD student email regularly

All official communications, including Moodle passwords and updates, are sent exclusively to your DTMD email address.

4. Important

The Moodle password is separate from your Microsoft password used for your DTMD email account.

Always ensure you use the correct combination (DTMD email address + Moodle password) to log in. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the DTMD IT support team.
