Microsoft Teams on iOS
Microsoft Teams on Android - Install and open the app.
- Log in with your DTMD student email address and your Microsoft password.
- Download the Teams app from the App Store or Google Play:
Important Notes:
- Always use your DTMD student email address to log into Microsoft Teams.
- Do not use your private email address (e.g., Gmail, Outlook.com, etc.).
- The reason:
DTMD provides you with a Microsoft A1 Student License, which grants access to Microsoft Teams and other Office 365 services under the university’s education license.
Private email addresses are not authorized and do not have access to the educational license features. - Without logging in through your DTMD account, you may experience restricted access or may not be able to join courses and meetings.
Troubleshooting:
If you are unable to log in:
- Make sure you are using the correct DTMD email address.
- Check if your Microsoft password is correct (this is the same password used for DTMD email setup).
- Clear your browser cache if Teams does not load.
- Try using a different browser or device.
If problems persist, please contact DTMD IT Support.
